SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We ship all orders across India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are delivered within 6–7 business days.
Delivery to metro locations will be faster.

Shipping Charges:
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Delivery Timeline:
International orders are delivered within 15–18 working days via trusted global courier partners such as UPS.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges start from USD 50 (approx.) and vary based on destination, parcel weight, and other factors. Final charges will be calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes:
Custom duties and local taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. These are applicable as per your country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. These charges are billed separately by the courier partner..

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days). During Indian public holidays, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch.
  • Delays due to payment authorization, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.
  • All deliveries require a signature and valid photo ID at the time of receipt.
  • Each order can be shipped to only one address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this may vary depending on product availability or characteristics.
  • We strive to deliver all items within 15 working days (including processing time). However, certain products may take longer if they need to be specially produced or procured.
  • In case your order is not fully delivered within this timeframe, you may request cancellation of the remaining unshipped items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Non-delivery must be reported within 15 days from the date of order.

INSURANCE

Amrapali insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.
